Market commentary by expert

Shopping centres appear to follow a path of stable growth in Poland, but, for obvious reasons, the demand for new shopping centres will wane when new retail projects are placed in service. Therefore, as a natural consequence, the future will see a shift in the construction output structure from capex projects, which now seem to be dominant, to upgrade and renovation work. However, some new, spectacular developments are to be expected, too. We anticipate that retail facilities will be increasingly established in mixed-use developments, side by side with offices and residential properties.
