Market commentary by expert
Thanks to EURO 2012 preparations, in the years 2011-2012 the Polish road construction market will peak, while in the following years the outlays on local roads will decrease significantly. However, due to the many delays in road investments, as well as the expected continuation of the National Road Construction Programme, the road market will not be greatly affected by the cuts in outlays on national roads. Also, the initial EU budget for 2014-2020 has considerably improved the long-term prospects of the road market.Bartłomiej Sosna, Senior construction market analyst
