Market commentary by expert

"Expectations of the public building segment are again on the rise, as the new EU budget period unfolds. Most of the planned projects are still in the conceptual phase. However, since the EU has revised its project co-funding policy, some of the proposed facilities will not receive the funding. As a result, construction processes will need to be funded through the local authorities if the work eventually starts at all. However, given that they are heavily indebted, those projects which are not indispensable will face a tough challenge."
