Market commentary by expert

Although the office market primarily includes Warsaw and a number of regional cities, smaller university cities can also gain significance in the future, driven by a number of factors including the shortage of skilled employees labour in the cities which are currently at the forefront of the BPO/SSC market.

Preparation of investment projects characterised by excellent technical parameters minimising maintenance costs has been one of most prominent trends in the office market in recent years. Another conspicuous trend is the modernisation of existing facilities. Keen to keep the tenants in their buildings, managers are required to adapt to modern conditions that are offered by the new supply.
