Market commentary by expert

Booming growth during the past two years has returned the Ukrainian IT market  to 2008 levels, when IT spending in the country reached its peak. If measured in hard currency, however, the value of the market is still approximately 30% smaller than three years ago, due to devaluation of the national currency. Nevertheless, the overall trend on the ICT market is positive and the short-term forecasts assume the market will continue to record double-digit annual expansion in 2012-2013.
