Market commentary by expert

“Following modest growths in 2014, predictions regarding the change for the Polish construction market in 2015-2016 are much more optimistic. 2015 will be a period of intense work on delays at numerous construction sites, financially supported with the EU budget granted for 2007-2013. The final period of settling accounts for the previous perspective will be simultaneously the initial stage of preparation and slow implementation of new investment tasks co-funded by the EU as part of new budget. Importantly, lack of strong investment stimulus, as Euro 2012 was a few years ago, will contribute to investment projects more equally spread over time.”
