Grocery chains in Poland are ever expanding their offerings of added services. Some services, though they are intended to simply supplement the retailers’ core business of grocery sales, are becoming part of the standard offer of nearly every larger chain. To keep up, retailers often copy ideas introduced by their competitors. Only a few chains can boast of an innovative – across Poland – assortment of added services.
